Aubépine était bien tranquille à la ville, et voilà que ses parents déménagent dans un trou paumé de la montagne. Tout ça parce que sa mère doit sauver les environs d'un dévastatrice migration d'oiseaux géants.
C'est un été bien morne : il n'y a rien dans le coin !

A part peut-être une vieille bergère mystérieuse et ses chiens laineux, des monstres et un génie saligaud !
